Terms of Service

The service

RoveRank provides a public leaderboard where eligible listings may receive paid ranking, advertising placement, and permanent-placement entitlements.

RoveRank does not guarantee visibility, traffic, clicks, conversions, revenue, search rankings, or business results.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and safety of the listing and destination you submit.

You must have permission to use the submitted name, logo, image, description, and URL.

Payments and rank

Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars. Only a verified payment-provider event can change the ledger, ranking, or entitlement.

Payments are generally final under the Refund Policy. Reversals, fraud, refunds, and disputed payments may change or revoke a placement.

Permanent placement

Founder 10 and Early 100 remain available while RoveRank operates as described in the Rules, subject to moderation, law, payment reversal, platform shutdown, or material changes outside RoveRank's reasonable control.

Permanent placement is not a security, ownership interest, investment, revenue share, or guarantee of traffic.

Moderation and termination

RoveRank may reject, hide, remove, or restrict a listing for prohibited content, intellectual-property complaints, security risks, payment-provider requirements, fraud, or misuse.

Additional payment does not restore a hidden or removed listing.

RoveRank may suspend or terminate access for abuse, attempts to manipulate rankings, fraudulent payments, or violations of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoveRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
