This policy explains the information RoveRank processes to provide rankings, payment ownership, fraud prevention, support, and site security.
Information we collect
We may collect email addresses, payment-provider customer and order identifiers, listing URLs, display names, descriptions, entitlement records, and account sign-in data.
We also collect limited device, request, IP, click, and page-view data for security, rate limiting, analytics, and service reliability.
Payment information
Card and payment credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored on RoveRank servers.
The payment provider may process tax, billing, fraud, and identity information under its own privacy policy.
How information is used
We use information to operate the leaderboard, confirm payments, assign ownership and entitlements, process refunds, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
RoveRank may share necessary data with payment, hosting, database, email, analytics, security, and customer-support providers.
These providers receive only the information needed for their service and are expected to protect it.
Retention and rights
Payment, accounting, entitlement, and abuse records may be retained as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing privacy@roverank.com.
